A couture inspired jewel toned lampshade

Behold our stunning, one-of-a-kind, jewel toned couture lampshade. We crafted this stunner in our Glasgow studio with care, attention and more than a little obsession.

We’ve bound the frame and hand-stitched every panel with love. Our colour combination has been inspired by Haute Couture – the rich pinks and deep greens scream luxury and confidence.

Couture Embellishments

We’ve alternated the deep emerald and cerise pink silk panels. It’s not just an on-trend colour combination, it’s timeless too.

Couture embellishments are where our lampshades come to life. This beauty has been finished with over thirty handmade silk flowers – carefully sculpted and hand-stitched to the shade. We’ve ramped up the glamour even more by adding a little pearl here and there.

This parachute frame is a gorgeous shape and we knew she deserved an equally gorgeous trim. We used this stunning 150mm deep VV Rouleaux fringe in Sissinghurst Pink because we just knew it would highlight those waves. A gorgeous green braid finishes this shade beautifully.

This couture lampshade is all about glamour, drama and impact – dopamine lighting for dopamine seekers. It works perfectly with a simple standard lamp base or on an ornate table lamp base.

Measurements

The shade is 430mm in diameter and 350mm in height – including the 150mm fringe. 

Special Instructions

This handmade lampshade requires a shade carrier, we would recommend a 5 inch carrier to mount this shade onto your chosen base.

We recommend using this shade on a table lamp or a standard lamp.

Always use a low lumen blub with this shade and keep those flowers dust free with a little feather duster!
