I live outside of the UK, can I still commission you?
Yes, although we’re based in Glasgow we work with clients across the globe.
What delivery options are available?
We always work to find the best possible shipping option for you, taking into consideration quality and cost. If you have a preferred shipping provider or courier, we would be happy to use them.
What costs are involved when commissioning a piece?
We will price your project individually and provide you with . If you are happy with the quote we request 50% deposit, with the balance paid on completion and before delivery.
How long does it take from enquiry to delivery?
The time varies significantly from commission to commission – for example if you have a very clear vision for a contemporary shade that project will turn around more quickly than designing a couture shade from scratch.
Do you guarantee your work?
Each piece is created here in our studio with stringent quality checks carried out at every stage of the project. If you were to find a flaw in our work we would work tirelessly to resolve it.
Do you offer discounts?
As a small artisanal studio we don’t offer discounts on commissioned pieces, however we are always interested in exploring mutually beneficial collaborations.
